Returns and Refunds — Zion Digital Creations

Our products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection. Please review the size chart and your selections before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from what you ordered, email ZionDigitalCreations@mail.com promptly and within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the item and the issue. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund for qualifying issues.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Physical returns are generally not required for approved damage or defect claims.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your payment provider’s processing time may vary.

These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
